COME HOME: A Rest
Retreat for Black Women

A 3-Day Christ-Centered Retreat for Black Women Who Are Burnt Out

0.0s

This is how you arrive.

This is how you leave.

For the Black women leaders, entrepreneurs, and generational
cycle breakers, it’s time to COME HOME.

In just 3 days, trade burnout for bolder faith, soul-level rest, and the confidence
to do exactly what God called you to do... without overwhelm and anxiety.

“I look good on paper, but behind closed doors, I am exhausted and
questioning everything.”

“I’ve been asking God for clarity, but honestly, I haven’t slowed down long
enough to actually listen.”

“I give my clients, my team, and my family the best of me, but I don’t feel
like I have enough places where I’m the one being poured into.”

“I really want to grow my business with God, but truthfully, I’m afraid I’ll fail
and some days I don’t fully trust in Him or myself.”

“I’m always counting down to the weekend just to exhale. I want a life
where rest isn’t earned, where I have space to just BE.”

This retreat is for you if you ever thought...

An Invitation to Rest in God

Clarity on how to stop overworking and make rest and
God the center of your life and business.

  • Say goodbye to exhaustion with Keonna through live
coaching and a mindset shifts roo
    ted in scripture.

  • Guided rest experiences with powerhouse CEOs,
spirit-led coaches, and wellness guides who’ve been
where you are... and broke free.

  • Personalized Rest Blueprint outlining how to build
your successful and restful life with God at the center.

A regulated nervous system and a personalized
wellness routine that matches the rhythm of your life.

  • Guided meditations to breathe deeply, reconnect to
who God says you are, and dream into deeper rest.

  • Stretch and worship classes (for all bodies). Think
yoga, but rather than going into savasana, you’re
going into the presence of the Most High.

  • Daily schedule with room to rest, reflect and actually
integrate what you’re learning. Join every session or
    spend
the whole retreat napping. Finally have the
space to flow and find out what works for you.

Soul-nourishing sisterhood, so you never feel like you’re
doing life alone again.

  • Sister circles to to be witnessed and held by women
who get it. You'll laugh, release, and remember... you
    are not alone.

  • Pajama party including a paint and praise session...
and a soul train line obviously. Bring your bonnet and
    fave PJs!

  • Silent room and silent tables to retreat to when you
want to be quiet, but still in community.

What You’ll Leave With.

Are you ready to REST, sis?

Besides the best 9+ hours of sleep of your life.

This experience was
exactly what I needed...
this experience enabled
me to connect with dope
Black women all across
the world.”

Dr. Philonda Johnson-

“My faith has walked on water! And the most golden part about it? I
have NOT gotten everything right but I have taken steps without
knowing the outcomes, THIS IS FAITH! I have a place where I can
shine my light and the people around don't wince because "I'm too
much.
" As I've learned from Keonna, I'm SO much never too much!” -
Ja’Lise Brown

“My outlook on life, fear, and challenges has totally changed. I know
longer fear being my unique self and valuing what I have to offer,
learning to have a positive outlook with gratitude has change the game
for me. I start my day with guided scriptures, prayer, and meditation
which gives me a brand new look on life. I'm no longer living in fear,
but learning to walk in faith.”
- Cynthia Knight

“I love being surrounded by women of God who are trusting that God
plans to prosper them and not harm. I feel seen and understood. This
space is helping move past fear and be more hopeful for the
future.
” - Christina Walker

Imagine having your close friend whispering in your ear that
you've got this because God's got you. That's the feeling I have
every time I open our group chat or join our calls.
We center God
and allow the blessings to flow out to each other. I feel seen, heard,
loved, and cared for. What more could you need from this space?
Invest in your faith and success!” - Dr. Courtney Ileka

“Working with Keonna helped me to get 10 hours of my time back to
rest, heal and spend time on the healing-focused projects for myself
and my community. Her coaching helped me find a balance between
high achievement and self-care that I hadn't yet experienced at that
level.
Her ability to see what was in the way of my ease and offering of
her skills so generously has made a lasting impact on both my
professional success and personal well-being. She is so worthy of every
minute of care and consultation, as well as every coin.” - Dr. Della V.
Mosley

Working with Keonna allowed me to work through issues that I had
been struggling with at the time as a Black woman in the ivory tower.
Through the individual sessions and group meditation spaces, I found
myself doing the necessary work with Keonna through breathing,
visualizations, and other exercises that pushed me in the best ways. I
have felt myself grow and open-up to new opportunities and
possibilities that didn't feel achievable before, but that I can now
clearly envision as my own.
I am beyond grateful to Keonna for her
energy, openness, and care. My experience was transformative. - Dr.
Letisha Brown

You can't heal in the same environment that made you sick.
You need sacred space away from the demands, expectations,
and triggers to remember who you are beneath all the doing.
