How do I know? This is my story.
I was a 5th grade teacher in East
Oakland—tutoring after hours,
dragging stacks of papers home
every night, and working overtime
to make our math lessons fun.
Months in, I found myself driving
to school with tears streaming
down my face and a knot in my

Our digital burnout assessments is a digital survey that helps both your
team members and leadership better understand the challenges,
stressors and needs of the collective.
What’s the time investment from start to finish?
It depends on the package you select. Our Silver package is completed
within a month, Gold within 3 months and Platinum within 6 months.
What’s the cost of your services?
We utilize an equity-based fee structure to ensure that our services are
accessible to organizations with limited financial resources. Our rates are
dependent on the following factors: package selected, budget, number
